Faith Hoberg Memorial
REMEMBERING #93, FAITH HOBERG
With deep sadness, we share the heartbreaking news of the loss of one of our own Wolf Pack players, Faith Hoberg. Faith passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2019, following a tragic car accident. She was a member of our Peewee 2 team and had just played her first games as part of the Wolf Pack family that week. Faith was excited for an amazing season with her new teammates.
Faith loved hockey and was cherished by her teammates and coaches. She will always be remembered as a strong, caring, and joyful young lady.
Faith will forever remain in our hearts and in our rink. To honor her memory, the Wolf Pack family—including the Coyotes and Wolverines—retired Faith’s jersey number, #93.
Her teammates miss her dearly and carry her spirit with them every day. During the 2019 season, the Wolf Pack added purple accents to their jerseys as a tribute to Faith.

THE FAITH HOBERG MEMORIAL HOCKEY SCHOLARSHIP
Ice Hawks Hockey Club is honored to partner with the family of Faith Hoberg to offer a scholarship to a girl hockey player within our program. Each season, one scholarship will be awarded, covering the full registration fee, for a player participating in the Ice Hawks Hockey Club.
If you are, or know, a girl who is passionate about hockey, we encourage you to complete the scholarship application form.
Faith was a dedicated hockey player who loved the game and was cherished by her teammates. Though her life was tragically cut short, her passion for hockey lives on through this scholarship.
