USA Hockey Registration

All players, coaches and managers must have a USA Hockey number prior to stepping on the ice for the 2026-27 season. There is a fee for players and coaches only.

For the 2026-27 season, all USA Hockey numbers will have a "7" as the fourth digit.

All players born in 2008 or 2009 are required to complete USA Hockey SafeSport Training before participating in any Hoffman Ice Hawks Hockey Club on-ice activities. Players who have not completed the required training will not be permitted to participate in practices, games, or any other on-ice Club activities until proof of completion has been received and verified.
