Hockey Club Logo and Brand Usage Policy
All Hoffman Ice Hawks Hockey Club logos, trademarks, and branding elements are the exclusive property of the Hoffman Ice Hawks Hockey Club and may not be reproduced, modified, altered, distributed, or used in any format without prior approval from the Club.
The Hoffman Ice Hawks Hockey Club is committed to maintaining a consistent and professional identity and brand image. To ensure uniformity across all communications and merchandise, alterations to official Club logos, colors, artwork, or branding will not be permitted without express approval. This applies to all forms of use, including but not limited to:
• Team apparel and spirit wear
• Promotional items and merchandise
• Social media graphics and content
• Websites and digital communications
• Printed materials, posters, banners, and advertisements
• Team fundraising materials
Any team, coach, parent, volunteer, or third party wishing to use a Hoffman Ice Hawks Hockey Club logo or branding element for any purpose must email a request for approval to the Club President and Hockey Director. Approval will be granted on a case-by-case basis and will apply only to the specific request submitted. Approval for one use does not constitute blanket permission for future uses.
No individual, team, or group may independently design, produce, sell, or distribute apparel or merchandise bearing the Hoffman Ice Hawks Hockey Club name, logo, or branding without prior approval from the President and Hockey Director.
No individual or organization may personally profit from the sale of Hoffman Ice Hawks Hockey Club apparel, merchandise, or branded items unless specifically authorized by the Club.
All approved apparel, merchandise, and promotional materials must meet the Club's standards for quality, professionalism, and good taste. The Club reserves the right to deny or revoke approval for any item containing inappropriate content, offensive language, poor-quality design, or material deemed inconsistent with the values and reputation of the Hoffman Ice Hawks Hockey Club.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the removal of unauthorized materials and other disciplinary action deemed appropriate by Club leadership.
